■New Functionalities

• eCTD 4.0 is now supported.

In accordance with eCTD 4.0 specifications, images can now be converted to JPEG2000, JBIG2, etc.

• https connection is now supported.

Communication between the PDP server and PDP client applications can now be over https in addition to net.tcp connections.

PDF bookmark level can be corrected for each PDF file by specifying the bookmark correction level in advance.

• Automatic PDF bookmarks level setting feature

The level of PDF bookmarks can be automatically set by analyzing the first bookmark string in the PDF file.

• Automatic typeface setting function for table of contents in case of Documentum connection.

The font setting can be automatically applied to the table of contents by retrieving the source Word file of the Documentum rendition.

• An unauthorized access check option is added. By using this option, you can check the unauthorized access from computers which AnnotationX are not installed.
• Administrator registration is added. You can register the AnnotationX administrator from the administration function.

Improvement

• Fixed the AnnotationX menu to display “Disabled by protected mode” to notify that AnnotationX cannot be used when Acrobat is set to protected mode.

• The “Show” icon button for “Redaction Style” on the Edit Mark dialog has been modified to change to “Fill White” when a replacement string is entered and to “Fill Black” when a replacement string is deleted.
